FindMyLost is the Arenaways platform dedicated to the lost and found items. Please note that identity documents and credit cards will be collected and returned by the Railway Police and will not be displayed on this platform.
By clicking on the "I'VE LOST AN ITEM" button, customers can start the search for their items lost on board. Through the platform, registered users are allowed to:
Once the legitimate owner has found a lost item, they can request the return.
The return of a lost item can be requested by activating the platform's integrated shipping service (shipping costs are charged) or by collecting the item at the Arenaways office (by appointment only).
Shipping requests placed on Fridays or holiday eves will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Arenaways will verify costs and delivery times with the customer before finalising the shipment.
Items are available on the platform for 30 calendar days from the date of discovery.
A handling charge of 5.00 Euros is required to return the items.
Arenaways does not inventory the contents of bags and suitcases.
By clicking on the "I'VE FOUND AN ITEM" button, customers can report to Arenaways the finding of an item on board or an accidental luggage mix-up, activating the procedures for the return. The found items will be published on the platform only after validation by FindMyLost staff.
